About

Drawing the places and stories worth noticing

My work begins with a love of drawing, place and the small details we can so easily pass by.

I create hand-drawn colouring books, cards and illustrations inspired by the landscapes, stories and heritage of the places I love. My drawings are detailed and intricate, inviting you to look closely — at the shape of a stone wall, the curve of a shoreline, an old church doorway, a bird, a flower or the patterns hidden within a familiar landscape.

My colouring books are designed to be more than collections of pictures to colour. They are an invitation to slow down, notice and spend time with a place. Some explore familiar landscapes and landmarks; others uncover the saints, stories, history and quieter details woven through them.

The same approach runs through my cards and other artwork. Everything begins as a drawing by hand, with plenty of detail and a little space for imagination.

In a world that often asks us to hurry, my work offers something slower: a chance to pause, create, notice — and perhaps see somewhere familiar with new eyes.
